Shipping Information

Domestic & International Shipments

  • Luxequisite will ship all orders to an address outside o Singapore via FedEx International Priority. We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S Territories.
  • For Goods over the Value of SGD2,000 Luxequisite will offer shipping via specific jewelry transportation companies through Brinks, Chubb or Malca Amit.

Delivery Insurance

  • Luxequisite packages are secured directly by the shippers.

Package Tracking

  • Luxequisite will send an email notification including tracking information when a package has shipped. Individuals may also view the status of order and obtain tracking information in My Purchases under the My Account icon.

Customs and Duties

  • Luxequisite will provide international shipper with product details, cost as well as customer name and address so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • The destination country can be subject to import taxes, custom duties and other fees levy international orders shipped. All orders are delivered duties unpaid; all import taxes, duties and customs fees as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, at the customer’s responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.
